Generation reads the brand kit — colours, fonts, logo and tone of voice — as its single source of style. A thin brand kit produces generic email; a well-filled one produces something you can actually send.
Good to know
- The brand kit on the Brand tab is the only source of styling for generated emails; there is no separate AI style setting.
- Generated images are attached to the email like any other image and can be replaced.
- Every image — generated, uploaded or linked — is saved to the brand's image library, so the next email can reuse it instead of making something similar again.
- An image added from a link is copied into the library rather than hot-linked. That is deliberate: an email lives for years in people's mailboxes, and a link that later breaks would leave a hole in every copy already sent.
- Images can also come from SharePoint once an admin has connected Microsoft 365 and granted file access.
