Good to know
  • Links are public: anyone who has one can open the file, so do not host anything private here. For a document written for one person, use a Word template in a File block — each recipient gets their own copy.
  • Deleting a file breaks its link everywhere, including in emails that have already been sent.
  • Email apps do not play video or audio inside the message. The link opens the file in the recipient's browser, which plays it there.
  • Word templates show a "Word template" badge and have no link to copy, because the raw template would go out unfilled. Add them to an email with the File block.
  • Files belong to the brand you are working in. Switch brand and you see that brand's library.
