A LinkedIn row on the Plan board drafts with the calendar context already in the brief. Generate on the LinkedIn page instead when the post has no calendar row behind it.
Good to know
- Zenia does not publish to LinkedIn. Posting through LinkedIn would need an app review from Microsoft; the copy-out loop works today and does not depend on that.
- Only an approved post can be marked as posted — otherwise "posted" would stop meaning anything.
- Marking a post as posted moves its activity on the Plan board, so the calendar reflects what really went out.
- A published post cannot be edited or deleted: it is a record of what you put out.
