The picker at the top of the sidebar sets the active brand. Contacts, companies, deals, lists, emails, reports — everything you see below it belongs to that brand and nothing else. If a screen looks empty, the brand is the first thing to check.
You only see brands you have been given access to. Ask an admin if one is missing.
Good to know
- Brand separation is enforced by the server, not just the UI — one brand cannot read another brand's records.
- The exception is a deliberate cross-brand share: shared records appear read-only, clearly labelled with the brand they came from.
