Search runs on the server, so it is fast on large databases and searches everything — not just the rows currently loaded. Add filters for a precise slice, and choose which columns you want to see.
Properties synced from connected systems become optional columns, so you can sort and filter on data that came from elsewhere.
Good to know
- Contacts are either a direct customer or a company contact — that flag is what decides whether they behave as a person or as someone attached to an account.
- Archiving is a soft delete: the record leaves your lists but nothing is destroyed.
- Lifecycle stage is owned upstream for contacts that come from a connected system, so imports will not overwrite it.
